Prepress Assistant
The Company is currently recruiting for a Prepress Assistant.
This will be a 3-shift position following completion of training.
Rate of pay will depend on experience with the addition of applicable shift rates.
- Duties will include:
- Assisting with make ready’s and change overs on the MPS presses where required to ensure machine efficiencies are maintained.
- Mounting plates with care and accuracy.
- General maintenance of prepress equipment.
- Ordering and monitoring cutters and ink supplies.
- Mixing inks.
- Checking receipt of cutters / plates
- Stock monitoring and ordering of supplies to ensure job requirements are met.
- Stock rotation of products including inks / cutters.
