Our in-house coating facility provides an ideal platform for new product development and innovation, enabling us to deliver products with a clear commercial advantage.
We operate both hot melt coating (HMC) and water-based coating (WBC) processes, with all materials siliconised prior to coating. These capabilities allow us to offer a wide range of adhesive options, including acrylic and hot melt, as well as the production of combination materials to meet specific application requirements.

OPP, PP, PET, and Papers can be coated in a variety of substrates, various adhesives, and coat weights. Adhesives can be permanent, semi-permanent, peelable, and wash-off. Â This is driven by customers requirements and label application process.
